How to Make 2025 a Year for Wellness

2025 is here. And so is a new opportunity for you to take care of your health.

But it’s easier said than done, right? Being healthy features in almost all New Year resolutions, but takes a backseat even before the first month of the year gets over.

Let 2025 be different. But how? Here are our top tips.


1. Focus on Wholefoods.

There’s no alternative to whole foods. They are packed with antioxidants, fibre, and anti-inflammatory components. Basically, things that your body loves.

2. Limit Salt and Sugar

Pay attention to how much salt and sugar you are consuming and reduce both, a little at a time. Ideally, 5 grams of salt (about one tablespoon) a day and not more than 5% of your daily calories from sugar is enough for an adult. Limit packaged and processed food to achieve this.

3. Pay attention to your energy levels

Pay attention to what enriches your energy level and what depletes it and then focus on the positive ones. This will help you make the most of each day.

4. Nourish your Soul, Not Just the Body

A healthy mind is the engine that drives the train that’s the body. Focus on things that make you happy. Take some amount, no matter how little, to do one thing that makes you happy.

5. Move, move, move

Yes, we know you’re tired of hearing this. But we’re going to tell it again. Keep moving. Take the stairs, take breaks from work for a small stroll around the office, walk instead of driving short distances – you will see the difference.
