The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) ceremony was held on July 16, 2024, and was signed by Mazidah Umar, Executive Director of TrueCare2U; Mohd Khalil Abdullah Zawawi, CEO of Avisena Women’s and Children’s Hospital; and Rosita Othman, General Manager of Orchid Villa Confinement Centre.
