TrueCare2U offers comprehensive home-based professional care combined with smart technology. We provide patient centred care that is responsive to individual needs, ensuring seamlessly connected and coordinated services.

Our care is delivered by experienced and certified professionals, all supported by effective technology to enhance the overall experience.

Our service hours are from:

  • 9:00am – 8:00pm
  • Monday to Sunday including public holidays
Home Care

At TrueCare2U, we’re here for you whenever you need us, whether in person or online. Our care providers are ready to assist you in the most comfortable and convenient way.

Whether you need assistance after surgery or additional support, we offer home visits for treatments and consultations. Our range of services includes wound care, elderly care, postnatal care, breastfeeding consultation, confinement care, physiotherapy and doctor visits.

Tele-Consultation

Telehealth service with TrueCare2U allows you to receive medical consultation from your specialist for your follow up visits from the comforts of your own home.

You can now get real-time consultations with paediatricians, obstetrician and gynaecologists, cardiologists, ENT surgeons, general surgeons, orthopaedics and many more.

This telehealth service is recommended for patients who are seeking follow-up consultations with a specific specialist they have previously seen at the hospital.

The telehealth service is only available during each specialist’s clinic hours. Do check with our appointment team on the available slots to book your telehealth session with your preferred specialist.

You will be given an option of self-pick-up or delivery for the medications prescribed. The bill for medicine & delivery will be charged separately and will be notified after the session is over. Our pharmacist will contact you after your session to brief you on the medications accordingly.

  • STEP 1: Download TrueCare2U mobile app from Google Play, App Store & Huawei Gallery
  • STEP 2: Complete profile registration, then select preferred service. Example: Doctor
  • STEP 3: Select a specialist for your telehealth session.
  • STEP 4: Search for preferred specialist, then select doctor and click “Schedule an Appointment”
  • STEP 5: Apply the voucher code, then select ‘Pay Now’ to complete the appointment booking.
  • STEP 6: Our team will confirm your appointment with the specialist soon. You’ll see it under ‘Appointments’ once it’s confirmed.
Healthcare Professionals

As a Healthcare Provider at TrueCare2U, you can expect flexible working hours to meet patient needs. Generally, we operate during:

  • Weekdays: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Weekends: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

These hours may vary based on patient demand and your role. We aim to balance patient needs with your preferences. We can discuss your specific schedule in more detail during onboarding.
