Our Healthcare Providers

All healthcare providers (doctors, pharmacist, nurses, physiotherapist, dietician & breastfeeding counselors) providing services on TC2U are required to have a valid professional certificate & related annual practising certicate. They will go through a thorough screening & interview before listing in TC2U platform.

Fees & Pricing

Doctor Visit

The fee is inclusive of basic medications for fever, cough & cold, diarrhea for a maximum of 3 days supplies. If needed, the doctor will prescribe any add on medications (additional fee) when necessary.

Nurse Visit

The fee is inclusive of basic consumables such as gloves, mask and dressing set. There will be an add on consumables based on patient's requirement.

Health Visit & Records

Our healthcare provider will write an electronic "visit summary" report after each visit & you can view it via the TrueCare2U app.

In addition, you can also view your loved ones "visit summary" report once you have included them in the "Family Members" menu in the TrueCare2U app.

We trust that especially for seniors, the involvement of family members will provide the best care outcome.
